Do not start Tadalafil therapy if you already take recreational drugs (poppers) with amyl or butyl nitrate, or any type of nitroglycerin (e.g., under the tongue, paste tablet, spray, capsule, patch, ointment) or other nitrates (e.g., isosorbide). Do not take this medicine in case you experience an allergy to any of the components in this product.

Cialis may cause such common side effects as headache, stuffy or runny nose, indigestion, muscle aches, flushing, and back pain. These symptoms usually disappear in a few hours.
Back or muscle pain usually occurs (if it occurs) in 12 or 24 hours after the intake of Tadalafil. These symptoms usually disappear within 48 hours by themselves. If they remain, or if you experience any bothersome side effect, contact with your health care provider.
Cialis will start acting in case the sexual stimulation occurs. The erection will not appear without the sexual activity.
