About Mobic

Mobic is a NSAID, blocking certain agents, which may lead to inflammation. NSAIDs heals pain and inflammation symptoms.

Ingest Mobic with a glass of water (8 oz/240 ml), follow your health care specialist instructions.

Take Mobic orally with or without food. Taking this preparation with food will help you to prevent irritation if it occurs. If you experience continuous stomach disorder, consult with your doctor. Mobic Safety Information

In case of missing a dose of Mobic, take it as soon as you remember to do so. However, if it's about time to take your next dose, skip the missed one and follow your regular schedule. Thus the next dose when it's time for it. Never take a double dose at once.

Keep Mobic safe from heat, moisture, and light. Store this product at room temperature, in scope of 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Short-time storage at temperatures between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is allowed. Keep this product out of the reach of children. Keep safe from pets. Do not store in the bathroom.

You should not use Mobic if you have an allergy to any components of this medicine; if you have had lately bypass heart surgery, or in case you will have it in the nearest future; if you experience a peptic ulcer. Avoid using this medication if you experienced serious allergy (hives, breathing discomfort, vertigo, severe rash, growths in the nose) to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) (eg, ibuprofen, celecoxib) or to aspirin.

Avoid Mobic usage if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.

Mobic Side Effects

Do not drive, operate machinery or perform any activities, requiring high level of attention, before you find out your reaction to Mobic.

Do not treat aspirin while you are taking Mobic, unless it’s doctor’s recommendation.

Medical tests, in particular blood pressure, complete blood cell counts, kidney function may be done during the Mobic therapy. Keep all the appointments; this will help to monitor your health condition.

Contact health care provider immediately if you experience any of these severe side effects: confusion; dark urine; ringing in the ears; unusual joint or muscle pain; or mood changes; depression; fainting; bloody or black, tarry stools; change in the amount of urine; chest pain; fever, chills, or sore throat; seizures; severe headache or dizziness; swelling of hands, legs, or feet; ; unusual tiredness or weakness; severe vomiting; vomit that looks like coffee grounds; yellowing of the skin or eyes; severe or continuous stomach pain; nausea; mental numbness of an arm or leg; quicken or irregular heartbeat; shortness of breath; one-sided weakness; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; unusual bruising or bleeding vision or speech changes; unexpected weight gain. Seek medical attention immediately also if you have severe allergic reactions (rash; itching; difficulty breathing; hives; tightness in the chest; mouth, face, lips, or tongue swelling).

If your condition does not improve or if symptoms worsen, consult your health care specialist.
